Matters of the Heart Club
The purpose of this group is to create an opportunity for patients to share their stories with one another. The goal is to provide support and to offer valuable tools for continued coping after a cardiac event. All patients who have undergone a cardiac event or new cardiac diagnosis are welcome to join.
