A well informed patient is one who will be able to take part in their care and rehabilitation. This class will help you learn what to expect about spine surgery and help minimize anxiety during your stay. We will also cover physical therapy exercises and information in regards to discharge.

Once registered you will receive a link to the virtual class a few days prior to the date. You will also need to sign a consent for online group confidentiality, this will go to your MyHealth app. If you do not have MyHealth there are instructions on how to sign up. Your consent will need to be completed prior to class.
