Clinical Reminders in Test Reports to Improve Guideline Compliance

Eligibility Criteria

Ages Eligible for Study: Older than 18 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study: ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers: No
Inclusion Criteria:
  1. Those undergoing echocardiography at one of the participating laboratories with an ejection fraction \< 45%.
Exclusion Criteria:
  1. aortic stenosis, mitral stenosis
