I had an appointment with Dr. Ho at 9:40 am and then a bone density test at 10:30. Dr. Ho was running 1/2 late so the nurse was very kind to check with my appointment downstairs to see if it would be a problem if I was little late. They said it was fine. When I checked in late for the bone density test they got me in immediately. Everyone was very thoughtful, kind and helpful. Dr. Ho did not rush my appointment even though he was running late.

Dr. Ho did not inform me I had wax in both ear. Was told only was in one ear. Did not flush our ears I had to return 3 days later for the same problem.
