I have seen Dr. Lei before and he is good. He is not my regular PCP, but I would consider him a close second since I am often not able to see Dr. Santos. Dr. Lei's bedside manner is demeanor is good. Given he didn't do much for me in this appointment, it is the reason why I did not rate very good all the way across. (I had a banged up nail which basically he said it was best to leave alone. Perhaps in making my appointment, I could have been told that to save a doctor visit. I did come in for flu shot too so at least it wasn't a total waste of time)

I tell Dr. Lei things I would not tell my other doctors, in the way I would not speak to other doctors, I am myself open and honest. Dr. Lei has been our doctor for well over 10 years and when I need to ask a question or inform him about medicine or ask questions online, he is quick to respond! Dr. Lei has just helped me tenfold, last weekend I started taking a medication that my pain management doctor prescribed, I wanted to let him know I finally begun taking Lyrica online, a quick response telling me I no longer needed to take two other prescribed medications!!
