Doctor was running behind 45 minutes and receptionist said it was my fault because I hadn’t checked in 15 min before my appt (I was on time), then when asked if that would’ve made a difference, she had nothing to say but admit the doctor would have still been running late. I was checked into a room by a nurse only to wait for an hour and a half, in a paper gown, cold and no word from ANYONE because they didn’t bother to let me know when the doctor would be available. Needless to say, I walked out. DID NOT GET MY FOLLOW UP APPT FOR CERVICAL CANCER and will never return to this rude, unprofessional clinic again.

Dr Ladwig is very warm and supportive. I am really grateful to have her as my doctor. She is nothing like the rest of the OB doctors I had been seen in my life. She is very patient and very observent. Many doctors always just did eye checking to confirm my previous issue, but Dr. Ladwig spent her time to knowing me more, and tried to feel my body carefully. Afterwards, she even taught my husband the proper way to approach my body. This is the first time that a doctor ever had this kind of interactions with us. I can feel those actions are from her deep, sincere consideration to my body. For this time, I was exposed to certain risk, Dr. Ladwig assigned lab test orders for me, and arranged an urgent video appointment immediately. She replied the test results the day before the video appointment. During the video appointment, she didn't just explain about the results with me, she actually cared my feelings even though my physical results are good. She tried to understand more background as always with sympathy, and provided her direct and honest suggestions for me. I appreciated her time and her professional response during all my visits with her. She is really the greatest doctor I had ever seen.

The doctor was not actually my gynecologist but I was scheduled with her because of a last minute appointment....I really liked her as a doctor, I would love for her to be my doctor, she expressed concern and was very attentive. I highly recommend her.
