Dr. Sawhney seemed to have more information on his after appointment details than I remember talking about. I did not understand what the life and live strong support does. I also didn't know that he was going to refer me to physical therapy or why he was referring me for physical therapy. After reading the after appointment notes and talking to the physical therapy department I had more information. I don't know if actually having a video call would have made a difference.
