Just yesterday on Saturday she spent over 30 minutes talking to me on the phone regarding things that I have been going thru regarding my pain and my diabetes. I had to ask the nurse to get the doctor to come out and talk to me. When the doctor came out to talk to me I was sitting in a recliner and a few people were also waiting. My wife was waiting for results, with me, and I just felt their was no privacy. I did receive pictures of the test that was taken but no explanation. I felt rushed. My wife was not treated with respect. Not sure I will be keeping my insurance through Stanford after this year is up. I have concerns regarding this whole experience, plus I am an employee of the hospital. Not happy with end result
