Purpose

To evaluate the role of allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation in the treatment of NHL.

High Dose Chemotherapy and Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Eligibility Criteria

Ages Eligible for Study: 18 to 61
Sexes Eligible for Study: ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers: No
Inclusion Criteria:
  1. Morphologically confirmed relapsed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma
  2. Age: \>18 and \<61 years of age
  3. Signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
  1. Hepatic dysfunction defined by serum transaminases \>2.5X normal values
  2. Serum creatinine of \> 2 mg/dl or creatinine clearance \< 60 ml/min
  3. Diseases other than non-Hodgkin's lymphoma
  4. Prior bone marrow transplant procedure
  5. Severe psychological or medical illness
