Stanford Health Care's Code of Conduct is the keystone of its

standards. The Code of Conduct serves as a cultural compass for

the hospitals. It is an essential element of our Compliance Integrity
Program. The Compliance Department was created to oversee our
Compliance Integrity Program and to demonstrate our commitment to
conducting our business with integrity. The Compliance Integrity
Program is a partnership among all of us to make the right business choices.
