Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga postures emphasize stretching, joint mobilizations, and strengthening. Most of our class is done lying on a yoga mat to improve total body conditioning and circulatory flow, increase mobility and range of motion then relieve muscle tension. These classes are for students who can get on the floor without help.
