Gentle Yoga
This nurturing class is for patients and caregivers. It focuses on gentle movements, stretching, and breathing practices that will help you relax, restore strength, relieve tension, and increase your flexibility. A yoga mat is used for most of the class. Chairs or blocks can be used to help adapt movements and ensure comfort. This is your time to move, breathe deeply, and feel supported. For this class, you should be able to get on the floor without help.
