Healing Yoga gives you a space to relax. This online class uses yoga, breath work, and meditation. These practices help build physical, mental, and emotional strength and stamina. They also increase mental and physical flexibility. Tight and painful muscles are loosened, too. Chair and standing postures are used. The class is for all levels.
