Mindfulness Meditation is an ancient practice of maintaining moment-by-moment awareness through a gentle and nurturing lens. Clinical researchers have reported that mindfulness practices can help with managing stress, reducing pain, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and ability to better cope with serious illness.
