Mindfulness and Mindful Meditation

Research shows that mindfulness practices can help with mental and emotional health. They can also help with physical pain. This online class is a supportive place to learn or deepen mindfulness practices. Meditation, body and breathwork, gratitude, and self-compassion are some of the topics covered. These practices help build a positive state of mind. This class is for all levels of experience. Beginners are welcome.
