Mindfulness Meditation

This online class gives you a supportive place to learn how to meditate and do mindfulness practices. These practices reduce stress and boost the immune system. They also can strengthen your ability to cope with life. You’ll learn about breathwork, self-compassion and being grateful. The class will help you feel at peace, in the present moment, and build your inner strength and wisdom. Beginners are welcome.
