Self-Massage for Relaxation

This online class gives you a supportive place to learn massage methods for self-care. Self-massage can help you cope with stress and illness. Each class includes time for relaxation. Information is also shared about oil massage and massage tools, and how to set up your space for self-massage. The class is interactive. Participants can request what types of self-massage they would like to learn.
