The naturally sweet juices of fresh mixed berries combine with tangy lemon juice and balsamic vinegar for a complex burst of flavors. Garnish the fruit with thinly sliced fresh mint.
Ingredients:
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups blueberries
1 cup raspberries
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir gently. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight. Serve berries chilled.
