¼ c uncooked oats
8 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 T ground flaxseed
2 T whey protein
1 cup frozen fruit (any variety)
1 cup liquid, can be soy milk, milk, or Ensure Complete)
Combine everything in a blender and puree. Makes about 24 oz.
