Green tea provides flavonoids, which have been found to aid in cancer protection. Recommended frequency is 2-3 cups per day.

NOTE: This recipe is okay for those following a Low Microbial Diet if canned fruit nectar and pasteurized honey is used.
Ingredients:
1 cup apricot nectar
3 cups prepared green tea (use decaffeinated if desired)
1 cup crushed ice
1 Tbsp. honey
Cooking Directions:
- In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth.
