Grilled Peaches with Honey and Yogurt
This summertime treat can be served as a light dessert.
You may also substitute blue cheese or goat cheese for the yogurt and serve over a mesclun salad as an entrée!
Serves: 4 (1 whole peach per serving)
Per Serving: 132 Calories, 0.1g Fat, 3.4g Protein, 32g Carb, 2.2g Fiber
Ingredients:
4 medium ripe peaches, cut in half (pits removed)
½ cup honey flavored fat free Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons of honey
Cinnamon (to taste)
Cooking Directions:
- Place peaches cut side down on the grill. Grill on low or indirect heat until soft, about 2-4 minutes on each side.
- Combine yogurt and cinnamon. Place 1 tablespoon of yogurt over each peach half. Drizzle with honey and enjoy.
