Simply Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
Serves: 4
Per Serving: Each serving has 39 calories, 2g fat (0 g saturated), 4g carbs, 2g fiber, 2g protein, 0mg chol, 89mg sodium
Ingredients:
1 ½ Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped fresh basil
Freshly ground black pepper
1 ½ cloves garlic, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
4 portobello mushrooms
Cooking Directions:
- Preheat grill.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper together.
- Remove stems from the mushrooms and brush both sides of the caps with the olive oil mixture. Set aside.
- Grill the mushrooms until they are soft in the center, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer to a cutting board and slice into 1 inch strips.
