Per Serving: 225 calories, 3g fat, 15g protein, 21g carbs, 4.5g fiber
Ingredients:
1 orange, peeled
½ lemon, peeled
½ cup organic, lowfat cottage cheese (for lactose-free diet choose lactose-free cottage cheese)
½ cup orange or orange-pineapple juice
2 - 4 ice cubes
1 teaspoon honey (for LMD, eliminate honey and choose another sweetener)
Cooking Directions:
