CCR 20th Anniversary Commentary: Radioactive Drones for B-cell Lymphoma
CCR 20th Anniversary Commentary: Radioactive Drones for B-cell Lymphoma CLINICAL CANCER RESEARCH Knox, S. J., Levy, R. 2015; 21 (3): 493–94Abstract
In a study published in the March 1, 1996, issue of Clinical Cancer Research, Knox and colleagues (1) demonstrated the safety and efficacy of Yttirium-90 ((90)Y)-anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody therapy, as well as the benefit of preinfusion of unlabeled antibody on radiolabeled antibody biodistribution. Subsequent clinical trials with this radiolabeled antibody led to regulatory approval of this treatment for B-cell lymphoma.
