Finding foods that work for you and that are easy to eat is essential after treatment. This simple recipe for Mrs. Z's Smoothie is calorie dense and easy for when you are on-the-go.
- 1 cup coconut milk*
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 packet Benecalorie (1.5 oz.)
- 1 envelope ScandiShake mix (Vanilla or Banana)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
*Keep in mind that the calories in the coconut milk can vary by brand.
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve and enjoy!
