New Option for Hard-to Treat Arrhythmias
Paul J. Wang, MD, director of the Stanford Cardiac Arrhythmia service, discusses the development of a new treatment for hard-to-treat AFib.
Known as hybrid surgical-catheter ablation, this new treatment combines catheter ablation with thoracoscopic surgery, a minimally invasive chest surgery, to treat tissue both inside and outside the heart.
