Help him with the setup and lighting so he looks refreshed. Being on a camera that close to your face is hard. Back up some, turn on the filters and some interesting things to look at on the wall or table. It decreases the intensity.

This is the kindest doctor I’ve ever been to. He’s excellent at time management while never hurrying me and always lets me talk. I’m very poor at that but am never made to feel like i am. I contacted Dr. Mappidi after reading a newspaper article which might pertain to my condition. Sometimes a doctor does not appreciate a lay person "meddling" in medicine. Dr. Mappidi treated my questions with respect and consideration. We discussed at length the differences between my condition and the disease in the article, he even commented that I was not the only one of his patients to call his attention to said article. I was part of a serious discussion and not someone to be placated, patted on the head, and shown the door.
