He speaks slowly so understanding was not a problem. He made time for questions. It was worth the 10 month wait for an appointment.
Clearly a brilliant doctor who knows the field perfectly, and who was personable and a good communicator. I appreciated him and his work with me. But I did not understand adequately what he wanted me to do with my prescription, and I did not push for greater clarity during the visit itself.
I can’t say enough about what an excellent doctor he is I never thought that I could get rid of my RLS until I started singing him
I have extreme medication resistant RLS. Dr. Buchfuhrer saved my life. I was hopeless. His knowledge and expertise have given me hope because I am so much better. Today I am able to enjoy my life and my job. He made that possible.
He took the time to thoroughly explain treatment options with me and answered all of my questions. He has a friendly manner and is a good listener.
I appreciate Dr B. always talking to me in a compassionate and caring voice. I suffer from severe RLS which many DRs don't recognize so I am used to being told "It this just in your head or go home and deal with it". Dr B and the Stanford Staff treat me with compassion and understanding.
