I am a long time patient of this office and of Dr. Carper. My father recently relocated to the area and was in need of a doctor. Dr. Carper was as kind and caring to my father as anyone could be. It's difficult at 82 to make a huge move and find all new health care providers. My father felt much better after meeting Dr. Carper, I think he knows he is in good hands and will be well taken care of.
