Biography


Levi Calderon is a Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery as part of the Mechanical Circulatory Support/Heart and Lung Transplant Team. He is Board Certified in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care. He was raised in Houston, Texas and brings with him 6 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. He attended Houston Community College for his initial Associate degree in Nursing. He then attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and subsequently earning a Master of Science in Nursing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. He completed his clinical practicums in Dallas, Waco, and his final practicum with the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston at Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Texas Medical Center under the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery.

In his free time, Levi enjoys traveling, learning languages, exploring new cultures, and road trips. He is honored to be a part of Stanford Healthcare leading medicine into the future. His goal is to make a difference in his patients' lives, the community, and the world.
