SHC Patient, Apr 2019

She really seemed to be rushed

SHC Patient, Apr 2019

I am very fortunate to have Menlo Clinic to be my health care provider! I find everyone there quite professional and friendly. I feel confident in trusting all my doctor's there for my medical issues. To me, Menlo Clinic is like a big family!

SHC Patient, Apr 2019

Dr. Fisher is fantastic. I recommend her and the Menlo Clinic whenever I get the chance

SHC Patient, Apr 2019

Dr. Fisher is always prompt and efficient, but thorough. She demonstrates empathy and concern for patient experience and is an excellent physician.

SHC Patient, Apr 2019

Dr. Ping-Fisher saw me twice for this issue, very kind, thoughtful, reassuring. There was an issue on my first visit that a urine sample "got lost" so I had to give another on the second visit but I realize, such things can happen. Most crucial, I got good care, good advice, and I feel better now. The second visit was not a waste of time tho it would have been better, obviously, if the first sample had been cultured.

SHC Patient, Mar 2019

1. I discussed several issues. But there are no visit notes this time so I couldn't remember the exact treatment. 2. I mentioned some skin issue on my back. Dr.Fisher said she'll take a look but didn't/forgot to do before she left. 3. Dr.Fisher used to be pretty good. Not sure what happened this time. I don't want to change PCP and hope this constructive feedback won't hinder our relationship.

SHC Patient, Mar 2019

My regular MD wasn't available of the date of this visit so I was seen by another MD who was covering. Visit wasn't bad, just really rushed (e.g., less than 5 minutes).
