Well first off neither Dr.Kwong or her assistant listen to what I am saying, they just keep talking. Dr.Kwong twists what I am trying to communicate, like I'm out for something.
My big issue with the Doctor is it takes her forever to get my paperwork done. I had an appt on a Friday and she did not get my note done til the next Monday, 10 days later.
The stress she causes me is to much.
I have real issues to deal with and that's not happening. I would rather be at work than home being and stressed out.

Lisa and Dr Kwong are excellent and they are both friendly and very customer friendly. i had to change my health insurance for 2019 and I am paying more in order that I can keep Dr Kwong and Lisa as my primary Doctor. Dr Kwong and Lisa Smith work good as a team. Lisa calls me by my first name and this goes a long way in customer service and Dr Kwong understand my needs and knows that when I come to see her their must be something wrong.

Dr. Kwong is one of the best physicians I have been able to see, and really admire her overall care for the patients she see's. She is always thinking of ways to better myself, such as being referred to a pain management doctor who can treat the symptoms in more advanced ways than her expertise. I appreciate the fact that she isn't afraid to say I am not comfortable doing something and refer me to another doctor to better my overall care. She is absolutely amazing. The fact that she gives me copies of the summary of the visit helps tremendously- and also keeps me in tact of medical paperwork for my personal records.
