Well first off neither Dr.Kwong or her assistant listen to what I am saying, they just keep talking. Dr.Kwong twists what I am trying to communicate, like I'm out for something.
My big issue with the Doctor is it takes her forever to get my paperwork done. I had an appt on a Friday and she did not get my note done til the next Monday, 10 days later.
The stress she causes me is to much.
I have real issues to deal with and that's not happening. I would rather be at work than home being and stressed out.

That was an indication to me that I should remain in room. I was wrong and embarrassed by the situation. I expected to be notified that it was time to leave or be walked out of room. Dr. Kwong is one of the best physicians I have been able to see, and really admire her overall care for the patients she see's. She is always thinking of ways to better myself, such as being referred to a pain management doctor who can treat the symptoms in more advanced ways than her expertise. I appreciate the fact that she isn't afraid to say I am not comfortable doing something and refer me to another doctor to better my overall care. She is absolutely amazing. The fact that she gives me copies of the summary of the visit helps tremendously- and also keeps me in tact of medical paperwork for my personal records.
