Biography
Dr. Khullar is a board-certified family medicine physician. She delivers care for patients of all ages at Stanford Health Care Alliance Medical Group locations in San Pablo and Pinole.
She was raised in the Bay Area and is happy to serve her community. She is passionate about working closely with families. Her goals are to help them maintain good health, prevent and treat illnesses and injuries, and manage chronic conditions.
Specialized clinical interests of Dr. Khullar include transition medicine for members of the LGBTQ+ community. She also focuses on addiction medicine and mental health.
In her residency training she practiced osteopathic medical treatment and cared for both inpatients and outpatients. She also educated faculty, other residents, and medical students in the theory and practice of osteopathic manipulative medicine. Osteopathy involves physical manipulation of muscles, tendons, and bones to prevent and treat a wide range of health concerns.
In her residency she led a quality improvement initiative to enhance identification of sexual orientation and gender identification in new patients. She also was a member of the diversity action committee.
Dr. Khullar is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
She has volunteered at free clinics, soup kitchens, and food pantries.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, playing with her cat, and traveling when not practicing medicine.
