Very thankful we were able to see Dr. Krasny. She was sharp, listened well & had an excellent way of answering our questions--especially given the fact that she is not our normal PCP. She clarified actions that had & had not been taken prior to our visit better than anyone we have dealt with!
Perhaps any patient being handled by her from another PCP should be given more time when scheduling a video visit in order to have adequate time to bring herself up to speed with a patient's chart/records, etc. We were very impressed with her ability to do that for us but wish we did have more time with her. I don't think she was aware of how many issues would come up during our visit.
We are also most grateful for her detailed & prompt follow up on my mother's case. We got more action following our video visit yesterday than we have seen in awhile from Stanford Health in Emeryville.
