The only frustration is that if you have an immediate problem, you are likely referred to another doctor because your doctor is heavily scheduled. When there is a real and serious immediate problem, it is a time you ESPECIALLY want to see your primary care physician because they have background and knowledge about you. It would be wonderful if Stanford Medicine could work this out. Thank you.

Dr Jennifer Lin is amazing. She is by far the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by. She is kind and compassionate. With her, I have never felt rushed; I feel like I am the only patient she has that day. She takes her time to listen to all of my concerns and she also looks for more long term solutions that just adding in a prescription. I have never felt more at ease with medical provider, and even the awkward stuff is a breeze. I cannot speak more highly of her and look forward to going to the doctor now!

My doctor found a lump in my breast she told me to monitor since I didn't think I had family history of breast cancer. After my appointment I learned from my mom we do have family history of relatives with breast cancer at young ages. It took almost three days for my doctor to respond to my questions which I found not appropriate given that we are talking about cancer. I had to repeatidly reach out. My doctor is really nice and I like her a lot, but past doctors that are now out of my network have been a lot more responsive and available. I was really disappointed this happened.

I saw Dr. Blanchard. This was my very first time seeing her as a provider. She was incredibly thorough, walking me step-by-step through the process. I was also the last appointment of the day and she did not rush me through the appointment. She brought in Dr. Johnson for consultation to ensure there was a second opinion since I came in for an infection on the day before the office would be closed for the holiday. I appreciate that she wanted to ensure I received the very best care possible. I also had to go for an x-ray, which she scheduled for me, on the spot. She made herself available to me after the office was closed to give me follow-up on my x-ray results. Consequently, I give her the highest possible marks because she treated me as a human being and not just a number. She was caring, patient, and treated me as if I were her number one priority. The staff at NOFP are amazing and they are the primary reason why I continue to stay with this clinic.
