Dr Goel was kind, pleasant, and competent during our video visit. She was thorough in gathering info (with the help of her colleague Dr Huang who started the appointment with me; Dr Goel joined later due to a potential emergency she was preparing for). Dr Goel validated the concerns which had brought me to seek her help, and was straightforward in her assessments and recommendations. She offered a suggested treatment plan to try and address the issues, and ordered a scan and some blood testing to provide current information as part of managing my care. She promised that I would be informed of the results as soon as they became available, and that we would have a follow up appointment within four months. I would have liked to have her present for our entire scheduled new patient appointment time, although I understand emergencies happen, and her colleague who carried out the first part of the appointment was nice. Dr Goel was encouraging that we could work together in implementing her plan to heal my current health issues over time, and she gave me hope that things can get better.
