As a native Russian speaker, Dr. Postolova is sensitive to the cultural differences of patients and their families.

I appreciate that Dr Postolova was taking up my case from another doctor in the practice, however, I did not feel that she was particularly interested in the situation as she read through the notes left by her colleague. Dr Postolova was happy to answer my questions, and was able to arrange the next steps for diagnosis and treatment, though this will be with yet another doctor in the practice as her schedule did not allow for her continued involvement without waiting an additional week for testing.
