Dr. Quach was very friendly, she asked me a lot of questions and said my condition could be caused by number of reasons. By further questioning she rulled out some of the reasons and suggested we should also engage Dr. Wang (Dermetology) to look into my scalp and possibily Alopeacia treatments.
I thought she was well prepared, very friendly and helpful.

She's a kind and empathic physician; her first response was one of sympathy and yet, it was abundantly clear that she is a medical expert—and that, too, was very reassuring. She achieved a perfect balance of compassionate physician—taking into consideration my suggestions and needs and then suggesting a flexible treatment plan that is also the recommended medical course (avoid oral antibiotics if possible).
