I don't feel like he showed much concern over my falls and instability walking at home. He was very helpful answering questions and discussing my medication with me. He did provide an application for a handicap placard for me and agreed to complete the doctor's portion. I like that the office keeps the DMV forms on hand.

He was able to add cholesterol level results to a recent blood test (clinic keeps specimens for 7 days and the draw was done 6 days prior). The results of the cholesterol levels were available on myhealth the next day with his recommendation to eat a low fat diet, which I already was doing

Dr. De Tran, MD, was very professional, and he took the time to examine me and conduct the annual physical in a caring manner. I consider myself very fortunate to have be allocated under Dr. Tran's care as I understand that such access is not common in the industry. I feel quite relieved after the appointment as everything was explained to me in a language which I can understand. Although I am fit and healthy, I have more confidence now who to contact if there is ever a need. I do understand that my diet needs to improve with regards to cholesterol intake.

Dr. Tran went the extra mile by cleaning his hands and then shaking mine. I appreciate that and to start off in such a friendly and connected (physically) manner made me feel as if he wasn't just a doctor in a white coat, but someone I could trust and be friendly with. Dr. Tran asked follow up questions that I hadn't anticipated, which just goes to show that he is always thinking about other possible areas of need outside of the initial purpose that the patient might have come into his office. He takes his time and is patient with questions, showing only the highest knowledge while being supportive and understanding.

I like the fact that Dr Tran took his time to listen and evaluate the patient . He also learned about the patient's medical record before meeting the patient so he was right on track of what I was trying to say or what was going on. Especially he didn't do Epic chart Infront of the patient like some other doctors did . That made the patient feel special. I feel like my time was not wasted. So far I was happy with the visit.
