Dr. Tran was very attentive to all of my concerns and used her vast knowledge to explain the most likely causes in a manner that was easy to understand. She immediately ordered tests and medication to help me in the meantime as we narrow down the list. Initially I was going to have to wait 6 months to be able to see her, but upon hearing of my more immediate concerns, she quickly made time in her busy schedule to see me asap. Over all, she was fantastic and I'm very happy to have her as my new PCP!

She listens, is quick to put together a reasonable, actionable plan, and makes sure that I understand the "why" behind the plan before moving forward. I have seen Dr. Tran in the past but was completely disappointed by my last visit. Not only did she not comfort me during my time of distress, she actually made me feel worst. Her bed-side manner leaves needs a good deal of help and management. When I shared the news of a current situation my life, not only did she ask inappropriate about my current situation, she actually made me feel consider and worry - not something I needed with the level of stress I am dealing with.

Dr. Tran is very personable and efficient. She answers any/all questions that I bring etc. etc. The only thing I could at all complain about is that given that I am there for a regular physical checkup, the physical examination seems pretty brief and superficial. I don't remove my clothes. She never asks me any questions. I am not sure if that makes sense. I am just used to a more thorough workup.

Dr Tran was very good, it seems though there are production goals to be attained at the clinic since while she was very good at discussing my history and referral recommendations, she left to get the referral hard copies and told me to stay in the room. The assistant brought the hard copies and Dr. Tran did not come back since I assume she had to see another patient. I would have preferred when she left the room to say goodbye and to expect the assistant to come back in with the referral hard copies.

I felt rushed. There was no point in me filling the paper out with today's concerns because she never even read the second one or offered another appointment. I was not offered a follow up appointment, I had to go and be proactive on my side to get one. The paper said "antibiotics are not effective" but I was prescribed them and had to ask why later. Confusing when I am sick.
