Dr. Tsai is the best doctor I’ve ever had. All around great human. I came to Dr. Tsai at my lowest with my anxiety and depression stemmed from a rough childhood and an unforgiving underlining pain condition. I was lost with out hope of ever being normal. It took me a while to seek help because of traumatizing past history with outside doctors. Dr. Tsai really listened to me and then acted immediately to help. He knows my fear of being profiled and judged by doctors as I had been in the past. Thank you so much Dr. Tsai for everything you do for me. His team is also excellent. I had a great pre-visit call with one of the staff of his team. Their nature and attitude were great, and their ease-of-access is also excellent (ie I expect it is quite easy to reach them and get them to help address future needs I may have).
