Stanford Health Care will not be participating in any Individual/Family PPO plans in 2023. We continue our efforts for in-network participation for the 2024 plan year. If you participated in the Health Net IFP PPO plan that will sunset at the end of 2022 you may contact Stanford's Financial Counseling Department to inquire about self-pay discounts for your services in 2023. If you elect to join a new plan you can work with your new insurance company to request a continuity of care provision that will allow you to continue to see your Stanford care team for a specified amount of time.
You may email the Managed Care Department at email@example.com
