Residency Program Personnel
Eun-Jeong Kim, Pharm.D., MS, BCOP received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida in 2003. She completed her pharmacy practice residency at Shands Jacksonville/The University of Florida Academic Health Center and PGY-2 oncology pharmacy residency at University of Washington Medical Center. She worked as a clinical oncology pharmacist at Hematology/Oncology Ambulatory Clinic at Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health for seven years before joining the hematology/oncology specialty area at Stanford Health Care.
Mark Bibera, Pharm.D., BCOP received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Hawaii at Hilo College of Pharmacy in 2017. He completed his PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency and PGY-2 hematology/oncology residency at University of California, Davis Medical Center. He currently works as a hematology/oncology inpatient clinical pharmacist.
Abraham Chang, Pharm.D., BCOP received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Pacific in 2012. He completed his PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency in 2014 and PGY-2 hematology/oncology residency at Stanford Health Care in 2015. He currently works as a clinical pharmacist in hematology/oncology.
Ya-Hwei Cheng, MS, Pharm.D. received her master's degree in health system management from Union University in New York and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Florida. She joined Stanford Health Care in 1997. She has practiced in medicine, critical care, cardiology, orthopedics, pediatrics, oncology, and investigational drug services. She is currently a clinical pharmacist specializing in bone marrow transplant.
Edna Cheung, PharmD, BCOP received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco in 2017. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at the University of Michigan and returned to UCSF for her PGY-2 oncology pharmacy residency. Currently, she is an inpatient clinical pharmacist in hematology/oncology and bone marrow transplant. On the side, she participates in the #TwitteRx community.
Latanya Dean, Pharm.D., BCOP (Assistant Director Hematology/Oncology) received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Washington in 2001. She completed a general practice residency at Stanford Health Care in June 2002. After residency, she accepted a clinical position at SHC as an inpatient clinical pharmacist covering hematology/oncology services and the ambulatory treatment center. After three years, she transferred to the outpatient setting, working in the Cancer Center as a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist. She then went into management as a Lead Pharmacist, followed by Manager of Oncology Pharmacy services overseeing inpatient and outpatient oncology pharmacy services. Currently, she oversees SHC Cancer Network Pharmacy Services.
Walter Domingo, Pharm.D., BCOP received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Hawaii at Hilo College of Pharmacy in 2016. He completed his PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency in 2017 and PGY-2 hematology/oncology residency in 2018 at Stanford Health Care. He currently works as a bone marrow transplant clinical pharmacist.
Carissa Hsu, Pharm.D., BCOP received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of California, San Diego in 2013. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at University of California, San Francisco and PGY-2 hematology/oncology pharmacy residency at University of California, San Diego Health System. She worked for Cedars Sinai Medical Center for 4 years as a clinical pharmacist in the outpatient Cancer Center before joining Stanford Health Care in the outpatient Cancer Center.
Rawmina Keshavarzi, Pharm.D., BCOP received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland in 2013. She completed her pharmacy practice residency and PGY-2 oncology pharmacy residency at the UC Davis Medical Center. After completing her residency, she came to Stanford Health Care where she now practices as a clinical oncology pharmacist in the outpatient South Bay Cancer Center.
Ted Kim, PharmD (Supervisor, inpatient hematology/oncology) received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Texas in Austin in 2014. He completed his training in hematology/oncology and hematopoietic cellular therapy from the Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. After the completion of his training, he worked under a clinical collaborative practice agreement with the Texas Transplant Institute. In addition to his clinical practice, he worked with other HCA institutions to create multi-institutional standard operating procedures, transplant conditioning algorithms, as well as managing the oncology pharmacy team at Methodist. He joined the Stanford Health Care bone marrow transplant pharmacy team in February of 2017.
Kimberly Lau, PharmD, BCOP received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco in 2017. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency and PGY-2 hematology/oncology residency at the University of California, San Diego. She currently works as an inpatient clinical pharmacist in hematology/oncology and bone marrow transplant.
Monank Patel, Pharm.D., BCOP received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy in 2011. He completed his PGY-1 residency at NY-Presbyterian and PGY-2 hematology/oncology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in 2013. He worked in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as an inpatient bone marrow transplant/hematology pharmacist until joining the Stanford Health Care team in 2020, where he continues in that specialty.
Samit Patel, Pharm.D., BCOP received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Houston in 2007. He completed his pharmacy practice residency at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas/Texas Tech University Health Science Center. He completed a hematology/oncology residency at Stanford Health Care and currently works as a clinical pharmacist in hematology/oncology.
Magdalena Seyer, Pharm.D., BCPS received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco in 2006. She completed a pharmacy practice residency at Stanford Health Care. She worked as a clinical pharmacist for two years before transitioning into hematology and oncology at Stanford Health Care.
Lindsey Shannon, PharmD, BCOP received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy practice residency and her PGY2 hematology/oncology residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. She currently works as a hematology/oncology and bone marrow transplant pharmacist at Stanford Health Care.
Linh Tran, Pharm.D., BCOP earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Western University of Health Sciences in 2012. She completed a general pharmacy practice residency at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee in 2013 and a hematology/oncology residency at Stanford Health Care in 2014. Currently, she works as a clinical pharmacist specializing in hematology and oncology.
Stephanie Tse, Pharm.D., BCOP received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Diego in 2013. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency and PGY-2 hematology/oncology pharmacy residency at the University of Washington Medical Center. She worked at the University of Washington & Seattle Cancer Care Alliance as part of the bone marrow transplant and hematology/oncology team before joining the hematology/oncology specialty area at Stanford Health Care.
Faye Tsung, Pharm.D. (Supervisor, outpatient hematology/oncology) received her Bachelors in Pharmacy at the University of Toronto in 1989. In 1990, she completed an Industrial Pharmacy Residency at Eli Lilly Canada Inc. In 1994, she received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. The following year she completed an oncology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She joined Stanford Health Care in 2002 and currently works as a Lead Pharmacist overseeing the inpatient and outpatient oncology pharmacy services.
Ellen Wong, Pharm.D., BCOP received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco in 2009. She completed a pharmacy practice residency at University of California, Davis. She worked a hematology/oncology clinical pharmacist at the UC Davis Medical Center Center for 3 years before joining the hematology/oncology specialty area at Stanford Health Care.
Kathryn Yee, Pharm.D., BCOP received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland in 2014. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and PGY-2 hematology/oncology pharmacy residency at UCSF Medical Center. After completing her residency, she came to Stanford Health Care, where she currently works as a clinical pharmacist in the outpatient Cancer Center.
Jenny Zhang, Pharm.D., BCOP received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco in 2017. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at UCSF Health in 2018 and PGY-2 hematology/oncology residency at Stanford Health Care in 2019. She currently works at Stanford Health Care as a clinical hematology/oncology pharmacist.
