Ronny Suwignjo
MS, MBA
Executive Director – Patient Care Services
Ronny Suwignjo is the Executive Director for Patient Care Services division within Stanford Health Care, a leading academic medical center. In this role, Ronny acts as a finance business partner and strategic advisor to the Chief Nurse Executive. Ronny is responsible for strategic resource management, business strategy, staffing operations, and performance analystics for Patient Care Services, ensuring the division’s ongoing financial and operational success within Stanford Health Care in fulfilling its patient care’s priorities. With over 20+ years of professional leadership experience in hospitals and complex academic health systems, Ronny’s role emphasizes the integration of strategic program development, decision support, operational accountability, and financial performance. Ronny holds a Master of Business Administration, Master of Sciences in Operations Research, and Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and System Engineering from the Ohio State University.
Jonathan Ching
Director of Finance & Business Operations Strategy – Patient Care Services
Jonathan Ching is a dedicated Director of Finance & Business Operations Strategy with Patient Care Services at Stanford Health Care who first joined Stanford in 2007 as a volunteer where he found his passion in helping identify opportunities to improve the patient experience. His unwavering commitment to Stanford’s mission and vision has allowed him to create key partnerships across the organization and execute strategic financial, business, and operational priorities. Jonathan attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned his undergraduate degree with a double major in molecular and cell biology and cognitive science. Outside of work, Jonathan can be found spending time with his wife and daughter at the beach in Half Moon Bay and exploring all the Bay Area has to offer.
Debbie Hsieh
MS, MHA
Director of Performance Analytics & Reporting - Patient Care Services
Debbie’s primary focus is on providing reporting and analytic function to Patient Care Services. This includes working closely with IT leadership of SHC participating providers to implement the capability to support the various data requirements of the organization; working with business line leaders and senior management to understand business requirements and develop the various levels of strategy and the data and analytic capabilities needed to turn data into decisions. Her analytic team supports Nursing Labor Analytics, Advanced Practice Provider Utilization, Clinical Trial, Nursing Research, Ambulatory Workforce Optimization Initiatives and various ad-hoc analytic needs from the PCS leaders. Debbie is committed to proactively and innovatively meet challenges and leverage opportunities posed by dynamic market/organizational priorities, customer needs, and developments in medical care.
Feroza Safi
MBA
Business Manager – Patient Care Services
Feroza Safi holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Corporate Management as well as a Master of Business Administration from California State University, East Bay. With several years of entrepreneurial experience and over five years of management experience focused on healthcare, Feroza has honed her skills in operations and finance to deliver consistent quality to her customers . In her current role at Stanford Health Care with Patient Care Services (PCS), she provides PCS Business Operations support to healthcare managers and staff and leadership to the PCS Acquisition Service Team (PAST).
In recognition of her academic achievements and community involvement, Feroza was awarded the Financial Women of San Francisco scholarship in 2018 and currently serves as a committee member supporting women in finance. Feroza's passion for entrepreneurship and healthcare is only matched by her love for the outdoors and culinary pursuits. As a Bay Area native, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen for her family and friends.
