Macular Pucker Diagnosis
Macular Pucker Diagnosis
We use several tests to diagnose a macular pucker:
- Optical coherence tomography (OCT): A laser scans your retina, to measure its thickness and look for swelling.
- Fluorescein angiography: Injecting dye and then taking photographs allows us to assess the potential damage to your retina from the macular pucker.
