I was in pain and very sleep deprived . she was very patient with my inability to speak as clearly and to be as informative as i wanted to be. She took time to reassure me and from test ordered and follow so far i feel heard.

This was a scary appointment for me. But going through the process , the care and compassion demonstrated by the staff from checking in, to the medical assistant care and physician guidance really put me at ease. Even walking through the hallway was impressive. All the staff were acknowledging me by waving and/or making eye contact.

My only issue with this provider was a lack of awareness around gender expression and identity. There wasn't judgement or intolerance, just a lack of awareness. A quick training for lgbtq awareness for practitioners would be so vastly helpful in how safe queer people feel with a great practitioner who just hasn't had the exposure in their own life to queer identities. I'm speaking specifically of non-binary identities in my personal experience with this practitioner.

I was sad when I had to leave my other primary care physician who was my Dr for 10 years. but now I feel like I'm in excellent hands with Dr. Boparai.
