Dr. Lee needs to improve wait time and allow patients to ask more question.
It would be helpful if patients know the overall process before the video visit. For example, the amount of time off from work to recuperate (on average), and how far in advance to start and schedule the processes for surgery. Lastly, understand that patients may be "shopping" for a bariatric surgeon, so just need to meet the doctor then schedule all the others appointments, if a good fit.

I was recommended to see Dr. Lee by Dr. Morsy, my Primary Care Doctor. After an ultrasound & CT scan it was determined that my 9 cm mass was most likely benign, my doctor mentioned that it should come out in the next 3 months once I am vaccinated. She asked me would I want a guy or a gal doctor? I said I don't care, I just want the best doctor that she'd recommend. That was Dr. Lee in her book. So, I'm grateful that I had the confidence going into the surgery that he came with a high recommendation. I then was talking to a nurse friend, Karla Rodrigues, who said she had Dr. Lee for some past surgery and she was also very pleased. I knew at that point I was in good hands. I would recommend Dr. Lee to others and would go to him in the future IF I need his care again...heaven forbid I don't. Thank you again!
