In the past i would see Dr. Scott. I saw Dr. Hsieh; he was very kind, patient and updated me on each procedure to confirm why i had a dizzy spell. No ear infection and advised how to avoid another episode. Dr. Hsieh also gave me a pamphlet on BPPV. Doctor gave me confidence on continuing my lifestyle and exercise. Thank you.

Despite being squeezed in last minute, Dr. Abraham was not rushed in his demeanor. He was incredibly kind and comforting, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and ask follow-up clarifying questions himself before making any recommendations or running tests. He even called me after hours to deliver important test results - he goes above and beyond in creating an amazing patient experience.

We are outraged at the charge for surgery on the first visit as we have no recollection of any surgery other than removing ear wax which was not part of the reason for the visit. We are outraged at the cost for the CTscan that was ordered.

Doctor was thorough. Recommended Balance test on next visit. Said hearing didn't need to be check for weeks. I feel it should be checked sooner since this was a Sudden hearing loss and I'm hoping the nerves haven't been compromised permanently. I am on a strong steroid which concerns me and hopefully it's repairing my inflammation.

I did not feel like I was listened to. I did not feel that my concerns were addressed. My problem is still present, but I was continually told "it's fine". I wish more tests were done to address different conditions and circumstances which my problem would arise. I felt like the tests were rushed so as to move on to the next patient.

After making me wait 20 minutes past my appointment time, the Dr acted impatient like he just needed to rush to the next appointment. he did not seem to care about what I was saying to him and he, in fact, cut me off mid sentence and walked away while I was speaking. I don't care if he's heard the same thing a million times, I as his patient want him to carefully listen to me and give me the attention I deserve. he obviously had other more important things on his mind. I will never go back to see him again. Dr Hseih, I believe. I apologize if I misspelled it. I asked about two problems, he only addressed one and I made him stay a little longer to ask a couple more questions because he made me wait and it was obvious he wanted to run off to his next appointment. I would not recommend him.
