After four podiatrist and a neurologist who did not diagnose the problem this caretaker accurately came through!

Didn’t review MRI with me and seemed dismissive of other symptoms. Upon pressing, ordered a follow up test that revealed a blood clot. Otherwise, he is nicer than many other doctors.

Collectively, Missed to address an important complaint although the intern collected all the main issues. Questionnaire was not reviewed at all. It all became just 10 to 15 min talk with specialist on just the pain issue and numbness was not addressed at all.

Staff and Dr. Mullen had a balance of common sense and sound understanding of their specialty. The common sense allows for a healthy and necessary Q&A exchange with their patient. Although my foot condition has not healed, Dr. Mullen's suggestion/prescription gave me some relief from the serious discomfort. His recommendations were appreciated and are being followed. I finally have a much needed time slot with a dermatologist early this week. Thank you!

Great care provider. Friendly, concerned and answered all of my questions.
The podiatrist seemed bored, not interested. His last question was "do you want us to shave callouses." I was not there to have toenails cut or callouses shaved. I was there to find solutions to the problems I am experiencing walking as an older adult. The resident I saw first was cordial and helpful, a completely different experience.
