Her analysis and suggestions expanded beyond just her immediate area of expertise, which was important because the issues I am facing affects multiple systems throughout my body. And even though none of my many specialists have so far been able to pin down what exactly is going on, Dr Neshatian at least left me with some suggestions and further tests to perform, so that we can at least move the ball forward in addressing my issues. Also, her pacing of the call did not feel rushed for time or stressed.

She explains what she thinks is the problem or solution or tests in a way that I can understand. I trust her judgement. I think Standford is lucky to have her on their staff.

Dr. Neshatian seems very knowledgeable and caring. In person visits have always gone well. This was my first attempt at a video visit.

Dr. Neshatian is very kind, understanding, and listens to all my requests and concerns. Suggested next step in therapy and diagnostic procedure. Communication with her office was great. They called just fee minutes before to confirm that they are on time. That was really great as I work in surgery and it's difficult to leave at a certain time or extend my break if the office would run late.

Everyone from the receptionist, the medical assistant and the doctor all made me feel comfortable, and that I was a person not a number or $. I also felt very well taken care of and that the doctor had a lot of compassion for my situation and is willing to help me get better. The medical assistance were also incredibly kind and they actually made eye contact with you which for me is very important to feel like I matter when I’m in a doctor appointment. I was a medical assistant for 30 years and it was always my goal to let the patient know that they matter, and everyone that helped me yesterday made me feel like I matter job well done thank you.
Dr. Neshatian was patient, empathetic, and very knowledgeable about the more arcane aspects of the problems which have beset me. I was most impressed at her ability to “think out of the box†and to suggest solutions that no one had posited before. And without being patronising in any way, she has given me hope. I am glad I am working with Leila Neshatian & her staff. Leila is very pleasant & easy to talk to. She has a calming effect on me & listens to me when I am trying to explain things. I felt like I already knew her the first time we communicated. She told me that she will continue to help me & she thinks that I will probably heal & be back to myself again, as long as I follow the plan, meaning trying to help myself, doing my exercises & staying focused on what is supposed to be done daily. She also told me that if I had any problems or concerns that I can contact she & her staff. That put me at ease & made me feel like I am not alone in this effort to be well again & get back to who I was before I got sick.
I have seen two physicians regarding my issue. Although they have been helpful, Dr. Neshatian has given me helpful knowledge on the issue.

I feel for the first time in a long time I was actually heard about my symptoms and I didn't end the visit feeling I didn't have answers like I usually do.
