How Is Sinusitis Diagnosed?
Usually, your physician can diagnosis sinusitis based on your symptoms and physical examination. Sometimes, additional tests are performed to confirm the diagnosis.
These may include:
Cultures from the nose
Cultures from the sinus fluid
Sinus X-rays
Blood tests
