The doctors in the Stanford Health Care Dermatologic Surgery program provide a complete range of treatments for scars, including:

  • Steroid injections to reduce inflammation (also for keloid and hypertrophic scars)
  • Laser resurfacing to directly target the collagen in the skin's dermis layer and reduce recovery time (for keloid scars)
