Dr. Ikeda is a very caring person. She appears always happy to see me, especially if my lab results are very good. She goes through my chart very thoroughly to see what test is due next. I know how busy she is, but she takes time to talk other friendly matters.

I love that my female doctors show a genuine interest in you as a person because they get it ... My experience with my doctors shows a genuine interest in your well-being. My doctors are good listeners and they are not to haughty and will give you a warm hug and also making eye contact with you. I love that they don't assume nor treat me like I am hard of hearing. I feel confident that I can talk to my doctors about any medical or mental condition without feeling that I'm a mutant or any feeling that they are being judgmental with their looks are remarks.

I am very grateful to have Dr Ikeda, she is the best doctor I ever had, because she is the first doctor to show me that she really cares about my health. Especially when it comes to my ears problem, she treated me better than my previous ENT, before she recommended me to Dr Lee, who is also a great ENT.
